Any creative activities, exercises, or games suggested by or inspired by our products
Any interpretation or implementation of the card content

Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Create Cards LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our products or violation of these terms.
